We purchased and entered the license. It works fine with GUI.
When testing using the command line with task scheduler, a dialogue box pops up saying it can't find the license.
this defeats the benefit of the command line and being able to use it in conjunction with task scheduler so it will run after the nightly reboot.
Hi Csimmons,
The problem is that the program is looking for its license file in it's current folder. Ergo, if you start the GUI, you use the shortcut, therefor; the 'run in this folder' is entered correctly.
If you wish to run it from command prompt you should do:
-cd\program files\gourami\fase40 (example your path might be different)
-farmcleaner.exe [with your options]
Instead of running this:
-c:\program files\gourami\fase40\farm cleaner.exe [with your options]
Again, the problem is the 'run in this folder' option, the current path should be the path were the license file is. Or if thats not possible, copy the license file to the current path.
Kind regards,
Gourami Support.
