When I run the Farm cleaner v70 beta, the lower monitor screen window shows an error that it could not retreive the server edition, then a Windows message pops up and tells me that, "You are no Citrix Administrator". Then closes the application.
I have a licensed version of Farm Administrator, and I'm receiving the same error when I run the suite. Is there a conflict? Suggestions?

My email needs to be changed, but I woud think that would'nt be the cause of the failure.
Very sorry for the delay.
x You are no Citrix Administrator.
This message appears if you are not full Citrix administrator. Custom admins also get this, as the requirements state, you need a Full Administrator account to run the FASe tools.
Citrix edition: Error while getting server edition...
What edition of Presentation Server/XenApp do you have?
We are running Citrix Presentation Server, Enterprise Edition, 4.5 (XenApp), service pack 2006.10
Stopped working about a month or so ago.
Update:
I had a chance to test the DCOM config, and change the impersonation level with success.
Procedure: (for WIN2K3 server)
1- Run dcomcnfg at the start/run window.
2- Open the Component Services folder, then open the Computers folder (click on the "+" sign).
3- Right-click the "My Computer" icon, click on Properties.
4- Click on the Default Properties tab.
5- Chang the setting for Default Impersonation Level from "Identify" to" Impersonate".
6- Click OK to apply the settings.
7- Run the FASe application.
8- Run the Published Application Utility (or any other FASe app). System was verified as "You are Citrix Administrator".
Was able to open and run successfully all other FASe applications, including the Farm Cleaner. I'll let you know if I run into any issues.
Thanks for your assistance and patience!
Any updates on the Farm Cleaner problem?
We are sorry, but there is still an other problem with the Farm Cleaner, besides the 'no admin problem'? We thought this case was solved!
MMamales,
Thanks for adressing this, can you please paste the relevant part of the log file?, it's in 'My Documents'.
Kind regards,
Dennis Smith
