Is there a command line switch to clean specific servers in the farm. The only option that I've seen is the /fullautoclean.

Hey Sean,
Sorry for the late reaction, but there is no support for seperate servers yet.
This could be a good idea. Something like:
c:\>farm cleaner.exe /clean:ctx01;ctx02 etc?
Besides the missing server command line switches, how is farm cleaner working for you?
