-What version you use?

-How do you close farm commander?

I use version 1.4.36.0 build 2331.

I published the application via Citrix XenApp and I close it by clicking on the X at the right-top corner.

That is how I usual close Windows applications also when published via Citrix XenApp.

Try locating the configuration file called: user.config, might be a bit hard, as I understand you use Citrix to published Farm Commander.

It is usually located in:

[profile folder]\[username]\AppData\Local\Gourami\Farm_Commander.exe_Url_bt2oprjywosrgvpku5lecfn1jrylnysn\

And see if the changes are saved in that file!

Let us know if you can find it!

Ik located the file in a different location:

profile folder\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Gourami\Farm_Commander.exe_Url_g05nyswb1pq54fqgwxpgr5aslg0gq4qe\1.4.36.0

And when I changed some settings the settings where saved to the file.

So this is not an application bug.

After deleting the terminal server profile of the user the problem was solved.

The difference in the profile location must be windows server 2003/xp vs server 2008/windows 7. The profile path I've posted is on a windows 7 machine. You must be working with XP/2003 right?
