When I run the Farm Reporter tool with the Applications option set on, the following error occurs:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Thanks for reporting this, this is proballey an issue with a 'ghost' server associated with one of the published applications. The log file can probally tell which application has the ghost server assosiated.
You can probally fix this with a 'dscheck', or in the access suite console, see if it lists a server thats not present anny more, remove it from the application, then remove it from the server list.
Mean while, we are building in a check, so the software will skill servers which can be found!
