Hi,
After exporting Citrix policies with session printers to a PP file i delete the policy and i'm trying to import the policy setting back. The network printers are not restored.
We use Citrix MPS 4.0 rollup 4, PAU 4.0.1.6
Does the policy must be deleted before restoring? Or if the policy exist does it be overwritten?
Help is appricated,
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Jeroen Pauw

So basicly, the policy 'Test Printers Molenbaan 2 Zwart Wit' is created, but only the session printer information is missing?,
Is there anny other stuff missing besides the printer stuff? For example, is the policy filter applied correctly?
Thats correct, no other stuff is missing what i can see.
The policy filter is applied correctly to IP addresses
And the session printer details are to be found in the exported file?
Yes the information can be found.

The problem has been replicated in our test lab. I'll contact enginering on this matter.
Thanks, how long does this take?
I'm in the middle of a migration so the PAU tool would be a great help.
With kind regards,
Jeroen Pauw
