several issues starting and using PAU and Documentor | Gourami: Citrix tooling and consultancy

We use Citrix PS 4.0 R04/R05 on about 40 servers (Windows 2003 Server SP1)

.NET Framework 2.0 is installed. I've tried to start PAU form 3 different Servers with the same error

We ordered PAU 4 and i got the License yesterday. I tried to insatll but until now i got only error messages. I have a word document with Screenshots and error massages. Where can I send this document to get support?

Judging from your post, I think it has something to do with log file:

"The process cannot access the file 'D:\Profiles\adm3078\My Documents\pau_log.txt' because it is being used by another process. "

So this file is locked: 'D:\Profiles\adm3078\My Documents\pau_log.txt' can you try to fix this?

No. If I delete the file an try again it doesn't work. Can you also read further on in my post, there are two more errors described. One according to the Documentor and on to PAU reporting!!!

So you get the same error message on every server?

Allmost every time I start on any server even if i deletet the pau_log.txt file. For two or three times the program started.

Your D drive, is it a local harddrive?, or a mapped network drive.

I'm trying to find a reason why this file 'D:\Profiles\adm3078\My Documents\pau_log.txt' is locked. Can you think of anny?

it is a local drive, where my local profile folder is (D:\Profiles)

I Also do not know hy it is locked. Deleting this file is possible every time

Disabling the On Access Scanner (Norman Anti Virus) might has helped. I'll try for some time.
