Some more ideas for you - Citrix consultants may like to see some type of printer drive database and checking tool which would provide a list of supported citrix printer drivers and then scan the server for drivers and show which ones are compatible and which ones aren't...
A citrix policy backup and restore tool would be good as well but I think you are already doing this...
Would this be able to store citrix 'vanilla policies' or 'templates' which could be stored and then installed on different farms?

Regarding the policy templates, I cannot think of anything specific but I think admins will want to create their own templates...
For the printer drivers, I think if you started off with a few well known printers, admins could then add to the list...

About the policy part, many others have requested this, and this allmost done, the new version (1.6, eta 1st march) will include policy export/import functions. It will also be nice to include some default policies!, great idea!, I'm thinking of a 'disable client printers' template. Do you have anny other idea's of policy templates to include?
The printer list might be a good idea!, I somehow have to get a official list on what printers are supported, do you know where to get one? Can you be more precise on how you are seeing this?
