Stange, you are the first reporting this problem. Please try:

-update to newest version of PAU. You are using 1.2, 1.4 is out, it contains a few bug fixes.

-Do you have enough rights on active directory/windows? are you also local admin on the machine running PAU, are you domain administrator?

I still receive this message in the log. The user has "Full Administration" rights on the farm and is also a domain admin

I will try to create a new user and make this user a member of the domain admins group and also grant the user Full Administration rights on the farm.

One more thing, are you using 'run as' to execute PAU? Is the server running PAU in the same zone as other servers?

No I am not using "run as" I just click the icon in the start menu. The server is af member of the same zone as the other servers.

The server is updated with the latest Citrix hotfix roll up pack 04, this update has not been applied to the other servers yet.

I have just tried with a new user, just logged on to the network for the first time, the user have been granted Full Administration but I still receive the "You are no Citrix Administrator" message in the log file.
