Policy Tools is part of FASe, and can be downloaded on the FASe product page.
With the policy tools you can easily export and import your policies. Policies are saved to an XML file. Restoring policies is done by pre loading the XML file. You can select what policies to import and apply them to your farm.
Loggin
All major actions are logged in a text file. This file is saved in 'my documents' and is called fase_log.txt. Every logged action has a date and time stamp.
