How it works in detail: First step is to select all your Citrix servers in AD. In the text box above 'Find computer objects in AD', type in the server prefix for your Terminal/Citrix servers. And press the button to search Active directory. The listview below the button is now filled with the computer objects. Here you can check all the servers to monitor. After selecting the right options, you press the 'Go' button. The Operation tab is selected, and in the background the crash and the session scanner are started. This might take a while depending on the number of servers and sessions. The servers are displayed in the left side of the tab, and the users with their score in the right part.
